This notice covers the homesteadsbox.com website and its waitlist. The short version: we only collect the email address you choose to give us, we use it only to tell you about Homestead, and we don’t use cookies, analytics, ads or trackers.

Who we are
Homestead is a product of Frawsted Creations LLC, a Utah company in Herriman, Utah. You can reach us at hello@homesteadsbox.com.
What we collect
When you join a waitlist, we store:
- the email address you type in,
- which list you joined (Homestead, or Homestead Care news),
- which form you used (for example, the one at the top of the home page), and
- the date and time you joined.
That’s everything. We don’t ask for your name, and we don’t store your IP address with your email.
Why we collect it
To email you when Homestead, or Homestead Care, is ready for your family. Every email we send you will include a simple way to stop getting them. We will never sell your email address, share it for advertising, or add you to anyone else’s list.
Where it’s kept, and who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the database that holds the waitlist, in the United States. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
- We use your IP address for a moment to stop the same address signing up over and over. We don’t save it.
- When we send the “it’s ready” email, we’ll use an email delivery service, which receives your address only to deliver that email.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or social media widgets. Its fonts, pictures and code all come from homesteadsbox.com itself, so your browser doesn’t contact anyone else while you read it.
Selling and sharing
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do neither, there’s nothing to opt out of. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing in any case.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the waitlist, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@homesteadsbox.com from the address you signed up with to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Children
This website is for parents and guardians. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use an email you’ve already given us, we’ll ask you first.
