In the Homestead app, another grown-up opens Settings, then Grown-ups & sign-in, and removes you. Your sign-in, passkeys and two-step sign-in are deleted from the Board.
In the Homestead app, open Settings, then Updates & help, and choose Start over. It erases every grown-up, kid, rule, device and all history from the Board, and removes Homestead from the kids’ devices. Your Homestead then leaves our sign-in directory by itself.
Our cloud holds only: your Homestead’s sign-in directory entry (a scrambled form of the grown-ups’ emails, so my.homesteadsbox.com can find your home), and with Homestead Care, your locked backups (we can’t open them). Ask below and we delete them within 7 days, after we confirm it’s you. We keep order records only as long as tax and warranty law require.
Use the email you sign in to Homestead with. We’ll write back to that address to confirm it’s you before we delete anything.
